Two K9s retire after years of dedicated service. This month we say farewell to K9 Atlas and K9 Doc, who are officially retiring due to medical reasons. After 8 years of combined service, Atlas and Doc have worked tirelessly to help keep their handlers and the community safe. Their long list of accomplishments is due to their extensive training in detecting drugs, tracking and taking dangerous criminals off the streets. The dogs will continue to live with their handlers and their families and we know they will have a wonderful life. A big thank you to Back the Blue K9 Force and RexRun for PAWSitivity for raising funds to purchase two new police K9s for us in the next few months. We love you Atlas and Doc.
