We value our Admin colleagues, they an invaluable support. Many of us started out as Admin staff. Reception, clerical staff hold excellent qualities to become PMs and we look forward to supporting staff as they progress in their careers. #GrowYourOwnPMs #AdminProfessionalsDay

On meeting today, said by a Director '...As a leadership team, we have lots of experience, great clinical knowledge....but please, don't ever feel like you can't tell us that we have no clothes on'

Twice this week I've come across 'we need project support...where will we get that from'. There are many fast paced projects/ programmes that will need someone to help manage these across two ICS.
We need to invest in skilling up staff for future workforce.
