This sparked a love-roar about two days ago. But let’s be honest… A lot of the love didn’t come from tasting or testing the product. When design meets desire, magic happens! 🧵

Good point. One interesting thing about physical products: Some decisions users never notice directly still shape their experience. Material choices. Structural tolerances. Information hierarchy. A lot of product experience happens before the customer even realizes it.
Product designers think like engineers, feel like artists, and understand people like psychologists.

Packaging isn’t just a container. It’s the first physical interaction with your brand...

Every designer has a lane. What’s yours? Mine: I design how products are experienced through packaging. Not just how they look but how they open, feel, and behave in use. Focus: • FMCG & Product Identity • Structural Packaging • Perception-driven design

The moment someone opens your product… that’s when they decide if it feels premium or not.

Hi Innovators, It’s a new week, but here’s something worth revisiting: Most packaging designers focus on how it looks. Very few think about how it opens.

Most people think they choose products on the shelf. They don’t. Their brain does. Design is psychology. IWD visual I worked on for Cornvita.

Clarity builds trust. And trust is what gets remembered.
Hello X, I'm David Elibe. I design product identity systems. How products earn trust, stand out on shelves, and scale in real markets. This year I’ll be sharing my thoughts around product identity, packaging and clarity over trends. Glad to be back in Elon's Backyard.

Been sitting on this Tea Spices project for a while now. Might be time to finally push it out on Behance.

A lot of founders think they have a marketing problem. Sometimes they do. But often, they have a clarity problem...

Most founders come asking for design. What they’re actually asking for is relief.

Product identity is not all decoration. It is compressed clarity. It is trust, communicated visually, under pressure.
