Since i keep seeing stuff about mental age on my Following Feed:
Nagisa's mental age would probably be 7 years old,
Ryou's mental age would probably be 6 years old,
and Kotomi's mental age would probably be 4 years old (Pre-Kotomi Route only), up to 8 (Post-Kotomi Route only)

By mental age i don't mean they all act like literal babies that they can't do their goals in the anime, but rather just how they act then they aren't serious.

That's why i added 2 ages for Kotomi because Kotomi sucking at Social skills was probably as a result of her trauma and grief in some way.
Kotomi post her route in the anime acts like a child but like a older child, but still pretty babyish.
