Neither of the VC25As in service used as Air Force One are retrofit with Starlink or Starshield antennas to the fuselage. It is likely they are using another solution. However the new bridge VC25B that will be delivered this summer do have Starlink.

Yes he did fly back to the United States to Austin to be exact the program went down. He was only in Switzerland for roughly 12 hours.
