Reuters reports that Tatneft, one of Russia's largest oil companies, has restricted the sale of gasoline and diesel at its gas stations across the Russian Federation. This applies, in particular, to Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tatarstan, as well as the Samara, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and Voronezh regions. Drivers there are now limited to refueling a single vehicle with up to 20 liters of gasoline and 40 liters of diesel.
