I don’t think I have ever read something as inspiring as this. Waves of intangled photons generated by our neurons which in turns creates our consciousness. Makes me wonder of all the things we don’t know yet.

I wish I could make a very high quality single player kids game. Something without money or time traps that would educate and amuse. A game that could bound kids and parents through specifically crafted interactions. Does it already exists ?

An Anomaly in the ocean to the west of Africa. Size- bigger than Texas- waves and swells to 25 plus feet. Lasted from Tuesday at 7pm is till Thursday at 8am ish. It moved. What is it? @juanferia Credit #ufotwitter

The PS2 manifesto: - 7-13 hours of content - Combine a few old ideas in a new way, or have one big new idea - no complicated character upgrade trees - limited online, little post-launch support - 2 ish years, 30 game devs - thanks for your money, on to the next one

I don't think this is true. Replayed Opposing Force a few days ago and trust me. They are DUMB. The only difference is how good the level design gets to put them into work. And this comes from very focused tools offered to level designer so they can work efficiently and ITERATE.

Saint-Malo, Brittany, has one of the highest tides in Europe, with water that can rise 13 m over. These houses (here seen during storm Ciara), are built as a sea wall and 4 layer glass on the front windows. [📹 Easy Ride]

Players please read this thread. You will only feel the outcome of what is happening now in a few years (2025 ?) but 2023 and most likely the first half of 2024 are also a tough year for this industry. (joining so many others)

Broken Pieces (@ElsewareE, 2022) features several paintings inspired by Caspar David Friedrich, such as this one, which bears a strong resemblance to the 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘊𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘙𝘶̈𝘨𝘦𝘯 (1818): the vegetation and rocks are the same, but the characters have disappeared...
