A few years back, I just stopped using this app… I’m sorry to the people I disappeared to 🥺 Many enjoyed following Ben’s journey. He is still running, getting PBs and helping others at a couch to 5k club. Parkrunning every week! He’s also a gym rat now! 💪🏼 😂 … 1/2

Signed up for ‘The Drop’ in October - blindfolded, taken 10 miles away and left to run back with no maps. MUCH more confident of navigating the left hand photo than the right 😳 🤞🏻

My Ben wrote a letter to United to tell them all about his birthday.
He did it all by himself and we didn’t even know… it came back like this as there wasn’t the postage on it.
I get it - but it’s so abrupt. He was devastated… (we’re helping him to resend!)

However - he’s very happy, feeling like a mini-celeb with over 13,000 views on one of his little videos. It’s usually only family and close friends who see these- so no idea what’s happened. Part of me worries… but do you know what? He’s ecstatic!

Yesterday I was lucky enough to take part in the first ever winter Tolkien Trail by @Pennine_Trails

In true Tolkien style, in summer we went there and yesterday, we came back again! Slipping’ and a sliding all the way in glorious mud! 🤣
