Could you help me get my order delivered. I ordered a washing machine on the 11th of October from your website. And the promised delivery date was the 14th of October. It is the 19th of October without any update about my order from your side.

Also your courier partner ShadowFox is dumb idiots who don't even have a customer care number to understand the issue.
Either you take my order on priority and get it delivered or else I would cancel the order and would go with @boschindia .

I have done multiple followups with your toll free number on a daily basis and your toll free number is absolutely useless. They only have one rebuttal for every issue. Our backend team will contact you and they never do.
