A few emblem updates today! First up, Oblation I was added to the API so I've added it to DEC. You can get it from finishing Oblation: Immolation on Ultimate (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I've also removed the handful of Unnamed/placeholder emblems that were in the API. These have historically not gotten names or images, so they don't go into DEC's database. As usual, I'll be keeping an eye on them over time.
