So let’s just recap the nothing to see here pile It was Berky who allegedly asked a reporter not to use Brian Albert’s name because he was a “pillar of the community.” It was Helena Rafferty who had “no tampering lol” written on a Post-it note connected to video that somehow was not produced until the second trial. It was Yuri and Proctor who left Colins name out, misspelled other names, and created original reports that somehow made key people harder to clearly track. It was an unnamed officer who replaced a picture on the Canton report with a later picture. And who exactly was responsible for switching the phone numbers and addresses for Brian Albert and Brian Higgins in reports? One mistake is a mistake. Two mistakes might be sloppy police work. But when the “mistakes” keep protecting the same side of the story, the public has every right to ask questions. But yeah… nothing to question here.

It’s really incredible that for years now, the MSP, the McAlberts and their online accounts have tried to villianize Aidan Kearney, while at the exact same time they’ve vouched for and protected Michael Proctor. No one should believe a word they say about anything.

I hate to break it to you Colin, but you may have been 17 at the time but at that age. You could have got married, with your parents consent. You could have joined the army with your parents consent. You could have been a dad. So let’s not make out you were still holding your mums hand and wearing short trousers. You have other people to blame for this attention. From the very beginning your name was hidden. You were at that house after midnight. You were there when your aunt and uncle arrived. Your name was missed off all statements. Why were you different to Sarah and Julie? You supplied a txt thread that a 5 year old could have done better. Did you truly not double check it. Your driver Ali, in the 360 app, that worked perfectly for her mum, suddenly went wrong. After she picked you up she turned into an uber driver. Blame the CCTV, that was deleted. That would have caught you in Ali’s car as she took you home. Best of all. Blame your dad. Not karen. He stated you came up stairs . You woke him up and kissed them goodnight. Thing is Colin, your dad couldn’t have done that. He was walking home from the water fall. Don’t blame karen for the videos you put on social media. Threatening people, drinking and fighting. Don’t blame karen for your beef with John. So before you and others point their fingers at other people look closer to home. The world is full of 17 year olds that are capable of horrendous crimes. If you had been a normal witness. No one would have tried to hide you. You would have shown a correct txt thread. You would have been seen in Ali’s car at the library. Ali would have gone home. Most importantly your dad wouldn’t have lied. Your mum would have said, yes Colin came up to kiss me. His dad wasn’t home yet. Simple.

Kate, u can disagree with me all day. I have no issue with that. But I don’t use slurs. I don’t mock your appearance. I don’t bring up your family. I don’t go after your personal life. Losing kids etc... I argue facts. If your side has to keep reaching for slurs instead of records, maybe the records aren’t helping your side.

You, Aunty Bev. You are the lowest. A Judge.. The one person in court that should be above reproach. The gate keeper of FAIRNESS and JUSTICE. Not only to the victim but to the defendant. You are even more of a disgrace. For many years you were a public defender. You fought everyday for a fair trial, for your clients. To fight for your clients constitutional rights. You have stood where Yannetti and Jackson stood. You denied an evidentiary hearing, you allowed evidence in. That any decent Judge wouldn’t even allow past the front door. You are a disgrace.

No one wants to talk about the alleged violent history of brian albert and his behavior while drunk against fellow officers nor the Boston Police internal affairs investigations into his conduct. Those incidents include: -Sucker punching fellow officer Sgt Christopher Colby and kicking him in the face resulting in lost teeth. These are the 20 people you need to know to follow Karen Read’s 2nd trial. ( Source: masslive.com/news/2025/04/th…) -Defense filings named specific victims, alleging Albert "assaulted and battered" Officer Greg Dankers at a bar in Kelleher's Bar Roslindale and beat Officer Edward "Eddie" Hernandez during a Christmas party. Source: Open Court Defense motions in April 2024. - A 1996 incident, while still a probationary officer, Albert punched a taxi driver during a dispute, an incident the defense claims was "swept under the rug" by the Boston Police Department. Dave Wedge, author of the new book- Blizzard of Lies, John O’Keefe, Karen Read and the unsolved murder in Cop Town, USA comes out July 28. Here’s a synopsis from the author on @boston25 In 10 seconds, it sounds like Dave Wedge knows more about John O’Keefe than John’s “friend” John Jackson does. #karenread #justiceforjohnokeefe

On Thursday, I called for current Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey to resign effective immediately. Last week’s text message revelations represent another devastating blow to the credibility of the State Police Detective Unit at the Norfolk County DA’s Office and to anyone who supervised them — including and especially Michael Morrissey. Racism, bigotry, misogyny, and antisemitism have no place in law enforcement in Massachusetts and will never be tolerated under my leadership as DA. Imagine being the person who this piece of shit planted cocaine on- “your honor I didn’t have drugs, the corrupt state troopers planted it on me”. You would be laughed at by the judge, all the way to your prison cell. No one would believe that! But yet here we are 🤷‍♀️

'How Michael Proctor Ruined his life': If you didn't catch the video we released a few months back I encourage you to check it out. It's 48 mins and covers his entire day on January 29th 2022, when he sacrificed his family's future to help the McAlberts: youtube.com/watch?v=vvxmhbM6…

If you are saying "I know Proctor's texts are bad but..." and then go on to pathetically attempt to explain that his messages have no bearing on the murder investigation of John O'Keefe.. then you are a racist, bigoted, anti-everything fuck-face who supports white supremacy.

Some individuals in the past 24 hours have focused on criticizing Karen Read's looks after her Today Show appearance. Others have focused on criticizing Michael Proctor and Sean Goode regarding their abhorrent and unthinkable messages. What kind of person would you rather be?

Attorney Alan Jackson will be in town tomorrow and will be making a public statement then regarding the new Karen Read vs MSP and CPD complaint. The reason he'll be in town? The deposition of Michael Proctor which will be taken this coming Monday. Goode luck. ✨️

Adam Deitch coming out swinging after Karen Read's lawsuit showed text messages between Michael Proctor and Sean Goode: “Michael Morrissey should resign his position as District Attorney effective immediately. Today’s text message revelations represent a devastating blow to the credibility of the State Police Detective Unit in Norfolk County and to anyone who supervised them, including and especially Michael Morrissey. Racism, bigotry, misogyny, and antisemitism have absolutely no place in the Massachusetts State Police and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. They are appalling and shocking and, under my leadership, will never be tolerated. Today is another dark day for law enforcement in Norfolk County.” @adamdeitch AD4DA 🫶

Jennifer McCabe inserted herself into nearly every meaningful part of this case from the beginning and became a key pillar of the Commonwealth’s entire theory. Then, when the case became public, she didn’t retreat into private life. She participated in the public controversy. She showed up at FKR standouts. She solicited others to physically follow a “blogger.” She pushed the NCDAO/MSP to arrest people who were publicly challenging the Commonwealth’s narrative and raising facts about the case. Karen Read became public because the Commonwealth accused her of murder and tried her twice on live television. Jen McCabe became public because she made herself indispensable to the prosecution’s story, involved herself in the investigation, and then stayed publicly entangled in the controversy surrounding it. That is exactly the kind of conduct that supports limited-purpose public figure status. So no, she doesn’t get to claim “private citizen” status now simply because people are questioning her conduct, credibility, phone data, and timeline. Jen McCabe wants the influence of a public actor with the protections of a private bystander.

I need someone to help me understand how the McAlberts exist in a state of zero self-awareness about why they’re the subject of public ridicule, scorn and ire. It seems like they’ve convinced themselves that it’s all Turtleboy’s fault. Maybe that’s how they sleep at night. But I can’t understand/figure out/process how they don’t see that it’s their own behaviors, actions, words that cast them in a negative light. Someone tell me … have they forgotten the following? Have they blocked it all out? Do they think these things listed below are totally normal and acceptable? Are they just used to being able to do and say shit like this without being questioned or second-guessed? 📍A federal agent destroyed his phone the day before a preservation order, putting the pieces in different trash bags, drove them to a MILITARY BASE and tossed them into different dumpsters. We don’t need Turtleboy to tell us how insane that sounds. 📍A former Boston Cop claims he was getting it on with his wife with his cell phone and reading glasses in the bed and somehow butt-dialed and butt-answered the federal agent he was with earlier that night. We don’t need Turtleboy to tell us how laughable and unbelievable that is. 📍That same former Boston Cop got rid of his phone the day before a preservation order too. We don’t need Turtleboy to know that looks suspicious. 📍A former Boston Cop claims he slept through ambulances, fire engines, cop cars and screaming women right outside his bedroom window. And so did his dog. We don’t need Turtleboy to find that hard to believe. 📍A family “rehomes” their pet of seven years right after a cop is found dead on their lawn with what appear to be dog bites and scratches on his arm. We don’t need Turtleboy to call bullshit on that. 📍A woman googles “hos long to die in the cold” hours before a man is found dead in the cold. We don’t need Turtleboy to think that looks really bad. 📍That same woman doesn’t go check on her sister when a cop is found dead on the sister’s lawn. We don’t need Turtleboy to know that’s not normal. 📍A woman compares getting a visit from the FBI to an ice cream truck, after having to admit to lying to federal agents. We don’t need Turtleboy to think that’s absurd. 📍A federal agent who has been flirting with a dead cop’s girlfriend downloads his own phone to turn over selected text messages to the police and immediately lawyers up. We don’t need Turtleboy to know that’s suspicious. 📍A woman brags on a group chat about eavesdropping on a police interview, googles her name with the victim’s name and plots which famous actresses will play them in the movie less than 24 hours after the death. We don’t need Turtleboy to raise our eyebrows at that. 📍A teenager who makes videos talking like a thug and threatening to fuck people up claims he’s never been in a fight and swears under oath that he busted his knuckles by falling on ice. We don’t need Turtleboy to tell us how ridiculous that sounds. 📍The mom of the teenage punk offers to buy the lead investigator a gift and somehow the punk’s name doesn’t appear in any police reports and he isn’t interviewed for over a year. We don’t need Turtleboy to put two and two together for us. 📍The public is presented with a screenshot as “proof” that the teenager wasn’t at the scene and are told to disregard the Life360 data on his alibi’s phone. Somehow that app went haywire that night and made it look like someone was driving around town when they were all snug in their beds sound asleep. We don’t need Turtleboy to have doubt about that. The list of the weird, bizarre actions of the “plaintiffs” could go on and on. None of them are false. They’re all part of the court record. And it seems like their argument is that but for Turtleboy, the public would accept all of this as normal when it’s anything but. Where is the disconnect?

Kyle and I had a really challenging existence for many years. But we luckily took the time to figure out our differences and that was something he instigated with a conversation in his bus around how we each managed our racing teams. I was super eager for us to get on better terms. But it was he who made the effort for that to be possible. We did some media together also to laugh through some of the things we put each other through many years ago. Most recently we had even been discussing him running my Late Model at Wilkesboro this summer. He seemed extremely happy and we had planned to meet up next Thursday to get his seat to the shop. He laughed over the idea of his fans and JRM fans having to cheer in unison during that race. Kyle was one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. No one can deny that. But he was also a father, a husband, brother, son, and a friend to many. My heart is broken for the Busch family. I will never be able to make sense of this loss but I am thankful that we had found a way to become friends.
