I need someone to help me understand how the McAlberts exist in a state of zero self-awareness about why they’re the subject of public ridicule, scorn and ire.
It seems like they’ve convinced themselves that it’s all Turtleboy’s fault. Maybe that’s how they sleep at night.
But I can’t understand/figure out/process how they don’t see that it’s their own behaviors, actions, words that cast them in a negative light.
Someone tell me … have they forgotten the following? Have they blocked it all out? Do they think these things listed below are totally normal and acceptable? Are they just used to being able to do and say shit like this without being questioned or second-guessed?
📍A federal agent destroyed his phone the day before a preservation order, putting the pieces in different trash bags, drove them to a MILITARY BASE and tossed them into different dumpsters. We don’t need Turtleboy to tell us how insane that sounds.
📍A former Boston Cop claims he was getting it on with his wife with his cell phone and reading glasses in the bed and somehow butt-dialed and butt-answered the federal agent he was with earlier that night. We don’t need Turtleboy to tell us how laughable and unbelievable that is.
📍That same former Boston Cop got rid of his phone the day before a preservation order too. We don’t need Turtleboy to know that looks suspicious.
📍A former Boston Cop claims he slept through ambulances, fire engines, cop cars and screaming women right outside his bedroom window. And so did his dog. We don’t need Turtleboy to find that hard to believe.
📍A family “rehomes” their pet of seven years right after a cop is found dead on their lawn with what appear to be dog bites and scratches on his arm. We don’t need Turtleboy to call bullshit on that.
📍A woman googles “hos long to die in the cold” hours before a man is found dead in the cold. We don’t need Turtleboy to think that looks really bad.
📍That same woman doesn’t go check on her sister when a cop is found dead on the sister’s lawn. We don’t need Turtleboy to know that’s not normal.
📍A woman compares getting a visit from the FBI to an ice cream truck, after having to admit to lying to federal agents. We don’t need Turtleboy to think that’s absurd.
📍A federal agent who has been flirting with a dead cop’s girlfriend downloads his own phone to turn over selected text messages to the police and immediately lawyers up. We don’t need Turtleboy to know that’s suspicious.
📍A woman brags on a group chat about eavesdropping on a police interview, googles her name with the victim’s name and plots which famous actresses will play them in the movie less than 24 hours after the death. We don’t need Turtleboy to raise our eyebrows at that.
📍A teenager who makes videos talking like a thug and threatening to fuck people up claims he’s never been in a fight and swears under oath that he busted his knuckles by falling on ice. We don’t need Turtleboy to tell us how ridiculous that sounds.
📍The mom of the teenage punk offers to buy the lead investigator a gift and somehow the punk’s name doesn’t appear in any police reports and he isn’t interviewed for over a year. We don’t need Turtleboy to put two and two together for us.
📍The public is presented with a screenshot as “proof” that the teenager wasn’t at the scene and are told to disregard the Life360 data on his alibi’s phone. Somehow that app went haywire that night and made it look like someone was driving around town when they were all snug in their beds sound asleep. We don’t need Turtleboy to have doubt about that.
The list of the weird, bizarre actions of the “plaintiffs” could go on and on. None of them are false. They’re all part of the court record. And it seems like their argument is that but for Turtleboy, the public would accept all of this as normal when it’s anything but. Where is the disconnect?
