I just sang, danced, laughed and cried with my girls to @wolfalicemusic in an arena and my heart could explode.
Probably the happiest I’ve felt at a gig in my life.

It's pretty disgraceful that there has been absolutely no mention of this from the Prime Minister.
It's increasingly clear that some attacks, correctly, warrant disgust, emergency measures and days of media coverage.
Others seem to be met with silence.

44-year-old Daniel Frost from Southampton has been jailed for two years and four months for violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, a dog lead with a metal carabiner that he had turned into a makeshift knuckleduster.
He has 25 previous convictions for 55 offences, including a six-year prison sentence for GBH and robbing an 80-year-old woman, as well as public order and burglary offences.

So I’ve not actually posted about any work things on here since my agency went under in 2020. Since then I’ve quietly been building a couple of new businesses in the background and things are going well…
I’ve got some exciting things coming up in the next year or so, so I’ve decided to put my head above the parapet and like everyone else on the planet, I’ve started a podcast 🙌
So allow me to introduce ‘Oh No… Another Podcast’ where I interview people I think are interesting about their careers and where they got to.
The first four episodes are now live featuring Richard Gahagan of We Are Adam, Nick Thornhill of Bedspace, Louise Emmott of Kingsdene, and Atul Bansal of Sheila Bird
