Does anyone have any good vocal warm ups for actors who have to shout and and get quite heated during a show?! I'm warming up their voices currently but it's feeling a bit inadequate!

In Jan I started working with 15 amazing facilitators at different stages of life/experience. Today, we had our last session, and it was really emotional. These phenomenal humans have been hugely insightful, kind, supportive and creative and I'm so proud of them all. What a joy!

I loved my youth theatre. It saved my life. There were 5 of us who, in the coolest manner ever, called ourselves The Darligton Youth Theatre Company 5 (DYTC5 obvs). One of us has just been elected the MP for my home town. I couldn't be happier. @Lola__McEvoy you are a marvel!!

I remember a play that @company_three made a few years ago. On the penultimate night, one of the cast members came up to the director and the stage manager.
He asked, "What's our call tomorrow?"
They said 4pm.
He said "Can you call us for 12?"
And they were like - why?
