We currently have high numbers of people coming to A&E with flu-like symptoms. Here's how you can help 👇
ALT We are seeing a lot of people attend A&E with flu symptoms. Flu can make you feel very poorly. There are some things you can do to treat the symptoms. Rest, sleep and keep warm. Take paracetamol or ibuprofen to lower a temperature and treat aches, drink plenty of water. If you think you need medical advice please use NHS 111 online first (www.111.nhs.uk)
