On #Ebola, it's encouraging seeing local concerns of "Ebola business" treated seriously rather than dismissed as irrational fears. There was an *incredible* amount of mismanagement in the 2018 outbreak. Millions of dollars handed in cash, payments to armed groups etc. 1/3
