On the 28th of March, 2023 the governing board of the Kogi State Enterpise Development Agency (KEDA) met for the first meeting of the year. Part of my recommendations to the management of the agency is that it leverages on multi sector partnerships for successful programming.

Abuja residents are the most stupid residents in Nigeria All they do is act like they are rich, and they pride themselves in "everyone minds their business" The most stupid people I've seen You will see a settlement with 50 residential gated estates with each estate having a minimum of 20 residents. And what will you notice - No access roads - No street lights - No drainage - No nothing Just pure stupidity from those living there. How will you people live in gated estates and by all your fences are homeless bike men and drug dealers. Your neighbourhoods are filled with people who don't own a house there. Everyday in these estates, people's car batteries are stolen. Generators are stolen etc. They know that the thieves are those homeless people who build makeshifts by their fences to sell weed and meth. They know. But because some of these useless residents in the estates also take meth and weed that they buy from these boys, they let them hang around. You have a settlement of 50 estates and no estate is in any association or group with another. Everyone of them just touched like 100 - 500 million and they start acting rich. Rich to the point that you don't have a tarred access road. Rich to the point that you can't park your car and sleep. You can't go home at night with your mind at ease because there are no streetlights and you are scared of getting jacked. Abuja people are conditioned to believe they have money when they don't have money. They are conditioned to feel special when they are not special. Very stupid people. That's why the smallest nonsense happens here Solution? - Demolish all makeshifts attached to all fences in all estate neighborhoods - If there must be bikes in a neighborhood. All estates must come together and verify the drivers, give them uniforms and tax them 3000 naira a day and also fix fare prices for them - Invite a bank or PE to come construct roads and last mile services for a toll permit of 20 years at least - Set up a task force to enforce all estate regulations. Every estate must have cameras and an alarm system or else they are fined and punished - The banks and PEs will either contract a private security firm that's allowed to bear arms or they bring in armed civil defence officials to mount every 1km around the whole environment - Entry into these neighborhoods will be controlled. Known entries. Known exits. - Enforce speed limit with cool bumps. - completely stop road side trading. If you're not renting a shop in a plaza to sell. Then leave. You're hurting those putting in money to rent the shops. And you're causing holdup Do these and the security around these environments will increase massively.

Ilebaye Odiniya: The Gen-Z Baddie of BBNAIJA All Stars. I've read numerous derogatory and demeaning comments and remarks about Ilebaye's response to Ebuka regarding the empire she plans to build, with the tagline: Gen-Z Baddie Empire. In the electrifying world of reality television, where dreams are pursued and hearts are won, there emerged a beacon of hope, resilience, and youthful exuberance – Ilebaye Odiniya, the undisputed champion of BBNAIJA All Stars season. With a remarkable victory, she not only clinched the coveted title but also etched her name into the annals of history as a symbol of inspiration for an entire generation. You may not like her, but you can’t take away the generation that she represents. Baye embodies the spirit and aspirations of her generation. Born into the digital age, Gen-Zers are characterized by their boundless creativity, unwavering determination, and a fervent desire to make things out of life. Her generation are people trying to find a footing in life. - Massive audience she can leverage on to build an empire. Ilebaye's journey in the BBNAIJA All Stars house was a testament to these traits. Her ability to navigate challenges with grace, her unwavering self-confidence, and her genuine empathy endeared her to millions. In a world that often feels uncertain, Ilebaye became a ray of hope for Gen-Z. Her victory sent a powerful message: that with perseverance, authenticity, and a strong sense of self, any obstacle can be overcome. She became a symbol of hope for young people striving to achieve their dreams, showcasing that hard work and dedication can lead to extraordinary accomplishments. Gen-Z Empire: More Than a Brand. Ilebaye Odiniya's association with Gen-Z Empire is not just a branding choice; it's a natural alignment of values and aspirations. The Gen-Z Empire, which will be led by Ilebaye, represents more than just a business venture – it embodies a movement. With Ilebaye at the helm, anything she creates is destined to find a receptive audience among Gen-Z. The Gen-Z audience Ilebaye appeals to is nothing short of massive. Gen-Zers, born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, make up a substantial portion of the global population. They are tech-savvy, socially conscious, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. Ilebaye's authentic persona resonates deeply with this generation, who values genuineness and relatability in the public figures they admire. In today's interconnected world, where social media platforms serve as bustling marketplaces of ideas, products, and trends, Ilebaye's influence knows no bounds. Her social media presence alone commands a legion of followers, ensuring that anything she creates will not only find a target audience but also create ripples across the Gen-Z demographic. Ilebaye Odiniya's triumph in BBNAIJA All Stars season is a victory not just for her but for an entire generation. Her representation of hope, resilience, and authenticity is a beacon for Gen-Z, reminding them of their boundless potential. With the Gen-Z Empire, she is not just creating a brand; she is nurturing a movement that celebrates the essence of her generation. Congratulations @IlebayeOfficial. You are forever a Super Star and I can’t wait to witness your greatness. 🫶🏾 #BBNaija #BBNaijaAllStars Theo Abu Agada writes from Abuja.
