Igbos are good people! Yorubas are good people! Hausas-Fulanis are great, and other tribes are great people! No one is bigger than others. What we need is to come together and fight enemies, and the enemies are the IPOB and Yoruba nation agitators, and we need to deal with them as quickly as possible. Nigeria must be one, no matter what! God bless Nigeria and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu!!!!

You don’t even know your lord and savior (Peter Obi). Peter Obi was never a Bank director, he was a bank Chairman. One requires banking knowledge and experience, the other requires a vote by shareholders. For all but one of the banks he was a Chairman of, they are all dead. The only surviving one is Fidelity, and he was more of a Snake that walked on that mountain, he left no mark. He doesn’t have Ivy League grad school degrees, he attended Ivy League executives training which requires no form of serious qualifications to get into. He was not a SEC Director, he was a SEC Chairman. It was a political appointment he was obviously not qualified for seeing as he doesn’t have any training or experience in securities, we know why Jonathan gave it to him. During his 2 terms as Governor, he didn’t make any remarkable or worthy of note POLICIES to the improvement of the financial position of the state. We have heard your lord and savior talk enough to know that he doesn’t know jack about finance, however, I do commend his knowledge of trading and prudence. Mr @Femi_OfMainland you get nad mouth ooo 🀣🀣🀣

This is the Abakaliki–Afikpo flyover section of the Ebonyi–Cross River–Nasarawa–Benue–Abuja Super Highway, a landmark project valued at over ₦400 billion, and this particular place we are seeing now is the Abaomege section of the road, my own community. I must say that seeing my people so happy yesterday, shouting the names of President Tinubu and Engr. David Umahi because of this project, brought tears down to my eyes. You see, if you're not from my community, Abaomege, made up of seven villages, you will never understand what I am trying to say here. Since 1999, no govt noticed us in the whole of Ebonyi State, and my leader, Engr. David Umahi, confirmed exactly what I am saying yesterday. In fact, it got so bad at some point that we did not even know if we were part of the South-East, talk more of Nigeria. Then Sen. David Umahi came in as Governor and did what he could. But in 2023, God answered our prayers in full through Tinubu, Ọ́rΓΉΓΉ KΓ . Today, I boldly say that my community, Abaomege, is becoming one of the most developed communities in Γ€lΓ Igbo, all thanks to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Engr. David Umahi. What makes this emotional for me is that this road is not just passing through our land, it is rewriting our history. For years, politicians came and went. We listened to promises. We voted. We waited. Nothing happened. Our people travelled on terrible roads, businesses suffered, opportunities passed us by, and many of our young people left believing nothing good could ever come to this place. This is why I laugh whenever I see people who have never stepped foot in communities like mine sit comfortably online and tell us what development looks like. Must I reject what I can see with my own eyes because it does not fit somebody's political narrative? Must Abaomege refuse development because some people have already decided who they want to hate? Must we pretend this road does not exist? Must we deny the transformation taking place in our communities just to make some politicians feel better about themselves? History will be very kind to those who made this possible because long after the noise of politics fades away, this road will remain here. Long after the arguments on media disappear, this road will still be carrying our people, opening up our communities, connecting businesses, and creating opportunities for generations yet unborn. #NigeriaFirst #TinubuReforms #TinubuWillSucceed #StandWithNigeria

Peter, a man who stood for nothing will always die fighting for nothing. Just two days ago, Nigerians witnessed the reckless and very dangerous comments you made about the release of a convicted terrorist like Nnamdi Kanu, and today you are shamelessly crying about insecurity. You must be a very confused man if you cannot see the contradiction in your own politics. If not, tell me why you are shedding crocodile tears over insecurity while constantly aligning yourself with a man whose broadcasts openly encouraged attacks on security personnel in the South East. This begs the question, Peter, what exactly do you want? You cannot stand on one side demanding sympathy for victims of insecurity and then turn around to campaign for the freedom of a man whose words and actions have been linked to years of violence, fear and bloodshed in the region. Every time soldiers, policemen and innocent citizens were being buried in the South East, where was this energy? Where was this outrage? Where was this moral sermon you are preaching today? The truth is that insecurity is too serious to be turned into an election strategy. If the killing of a retired General truly pains you, then you should also have the courage to condemn those who glorified violence against our security forces and those who created an atmosphere where armed groups believed they were above the law in Γ€lΓ Igbo. You cannot keep speaking from both sides of your mouth, Peter. A man cannot claim to support law and order while repeatedly making excuses for those who openly challenged it.
Insecurity: Nigeria Cannot Continue Like This I received with deep shock and sadness the tragic death of retired Major General Rabe Abubakar, who reportedly died while in the custody of kidnappers. Earlier, before this heartbreaking news, I also received disturbing reports of renewed bandit attacks in Sokoto and Kwara States. The armed bandits reportedly blocked a market route in Sokoto and abducted traders, while terrorists invaded communities in Kwara State, kidnapping scores of citizens and killing innocent people, are heartbreaking and alarming. These incidents are not isolated tragedies; they are clear manifestations of the deepening security crisis confronting our nation. But particularly painful is the reported death of Major General Rabe Abubakar, a distinguished military officer who dedicated a significant part of his life to defending Nigeria and protecting its citizens. It is tragic that a man who served his fatherland with honour, rose through the ranks of the Nigerian Armed Forces, and retired after years of meritorious service, would meet such a heartbreaking end at the hands of criminal elements. His death is a national tragedy and a sobering indictment of the insecurity that has engulfed our country. When traders can no longer travel safely to markets, farmers cannot access their farms, communities live under constant fear, and even retired senior military officers are not spared from the menace of kidnapping and violent crime, it becomes evident that our nation is facing a grave security emergency. Security remains the foremost responsibility of any government. Every life lost, every citizen abducted, and every community displaced represent a painful failure of our collective duty to protect the Nigerian people. The recurring attacks in Sokoto, Kwara, and many other parts of the country demonstrate that insecurity is not only persisting but spreading in both scope and intensity. I once again urge the Federal Government and our security agencies to move beyond rhetoric and adopt a more proactive, intelligence-driven, technology-based, and coordinated approach to tackling insecurity. We must strengthen our security architecture, improve intelligence gathering, secure our borders, equip and motivate our security personnel, and ensure that those responsible for these heinous crimes are apprehended and brought to justice. A nation where citizens live in fear cannot prosper. A nation where economic activities are disrupted daily by criminal elements cannot attract investment, create jobs, or guarantee a better future for its people. We must urgently reclaim every part of our country from terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, and all criminal gangs threatening our collective existence. My heartfelt condolences go to the family of Major General Rabe Abubakar, his former colleagues in the Armed Forces, and all Nigerians who have lost loved ones to insecurity. I also sympathise with the families of those killed, those abducted, and the affected communities in Sokoto, Kwara, and across the nation. The recurring tragedies and embarrassing security failures we continue to witness make the quest for a New Nigeria not only necessary but inevitable. We must build a nation where every citizen can live, work, travel, and pursue legitimate economic activities without fear. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Fun fact: In 1976, the Nigeria government imposed what was known as the Mandela tax on Nigerian civil servants. They gave 2% of their salaries to aid the liberation cause. Our government gave $3.7m in direct financial aid to support the anti-apartheid struggle. Nigeria also provided free university education for thousands of South African students in exile and issued thousands of Nigerian passports to exiled South Africans, allowing them to travel and lobby internationally.
Just two weeks ago South Africa donated 2.5 million dollars to DRC for their fight against Ebola. Only African country to have done that so far actually. But here we are branded as the prime enemies of Pan Africanism whilst the kings of Pan Africanism haven't even donated a Single cent or sent any form of help. We have our problems yes and challenges of xenophobia but Africa collectively must not act they themselves are models of solidarity in tough times.

Falz should just keep quiet pls! Does he think they are the only ones who have the right to host anti-govt protests, while others who want to host pro-govt protests have no right to do so? Are we not in a democracy? What is all this emotional blackmail about? It is foolish of him to think that others are rented protesters while their own protests are genuine just because they are calling out the govt. Nonsense!!!! He wants us to join his protest against the govt before he will know that we care about the children who were kidnapped in Oyo? Tell Falz that we are in a democracy; the same right you have to block roads and protest, which you may think is not good, is the same right I have to come out and counter-protest against you, asserting that those things you think are not good are perfect for me. In a democratic country, no one chooses for others what constitutes good governance and what does not. That is the reason why, in some regions of this country, some people are using wheelbarrows as empowerment, while others are using goats and chickens as empowerments.
Rapper Falz reacts in disbelief after spotting counter-protesters at yesterday’s protest in Lagos State.

Every well-meaning Nigerian must rise above party lines and speak with one voice against those turning insecurity into a political weapon. The lives being lost belong to Nigerians. The communities under attack are Nigerian communities. The soldiers making sacrifices are our brothers and sisters. I salute you Cartoon Boy @boytv_cartoon for this Enough is enough movement. Let President Bola Ahmed Tinubu focus on the difficult job of securing the country while security agencies continue taking the fight to terrorists, bandits and kidnappers. This movement should not stop at the national level. We should replicate this across every state, every local govt and every community. Nigerians must stand together against terror and support every genuine effort aimed at restoring peace and stability to our country. #NigeriaFirst #TinubuReforms #TinubuWillSucceed #UniteAgainstTerror #SayNoToTerrorism #StandWithNigeria #SayNoToFakeNews

On this, I may have to agree with people who always say that Nigeria is a lawless country. Tell me why someone like Dino Melaye, whom I can't point out any tangible business he ran before becoming a senator, has all these kinds of cars. Tell me, what is his business? What type of business does he run? To cap it all, this guy has the audacity to give his mechanic just 3k for transport. As in, what? And I'm sure the mechanic isn't just one person because if you look at the caption, you'll see they wrote β€œTake and give them.” So there may be two or three people, and Dino is giving them 1500 or 1k each for transport. This is so sad!!
The mechanic wey dey collect transport before work ..... How person go come service this kind of cars dey demand transport to come? E be like na just one roadside Kamoru you dey use because you no wan pay money.

And do you think that Peter Obi cares about what you're saying, Doc? The guy is not happy that both Nnamdi Kanu and Simon are convicted because he has always loved what they're doing. Think about it; Peter has never in his life called out the atrocities of those two idiots.
Nnamdi Kanu is a convicted terrorist. Nobody, especially @PeterObi who wants to be President should be defending or exonerating him. He was convicted in Nigeria just like Simon Ekpa was convicted in Finland. If Nigeria got it wrong, did Finland also get it wrong? Say no to IPOB. Stop defending terrorists and terrorism!

OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS TERRORIST INFILTRATION, DISRUPTS LOGISTICS NETWORKS, ARRESTS COLLABORATORS The Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) has recorded significant operational successes in its ongoing counterterrorism and counterinsurgency campaign across the North-East. Through a combination of offensive operations, intelligence-led actions, and collaboration with local security stakeholders, troops successfully foiled a terrorist infiltration attempt and disrupted terrorist logistics and support networks, further degrading the operational capabilities of insurgent groups in the Theatre. In Borno State, troops responded swiftly to the sighting of terrorists advancing toward the North East Theatre Training School, Buni Yadi, at about 9:00 a.m. on 9 June 2026. Employing coordinated and precise fire missions, the troops neutralized the threat and denied the terrorists freedom of action. Subsequent exploitation of the area led to the recovery of two terrorist corpses and one motorcycle, confirming the effectiveness of the operation and the failure of the attempted infiltration. In a series of intelligence-driven operations aimed at dismantling terrorist support structures, troops of 25 Brigade Garrison, in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), apprehended two suspected Boko Haram/ISWAP logistics suppliers, Mallam Bako Ibrahim and Abu Aji, along the Sierra 4 axis in Damboa. Similarly, troops of 162 Amphibious Battalion, working closely with the CJTF along the Mandaragirau–Sabon Gari road, arrested another suspected logistics supplier, Musa Idi. Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects were involved in providing logistics support to terrorists operating within Damboa Local Government Area. Items recovered from the suspects included 19 wristwatches, one large mat, one transistor radio, two cartons of agro-allied chemicals, and other materials intended for terrorist use. The suspects and recovered items are currently in custody for further investigation and necessary action. In a related development, combined troops of Sector 2 , in collaboration with the CJTF, arrested a 23-year-old suspect, Adams Shittima, in Damboa town at about 5:58 a.m. on 9 June 2026. The suspect was intercepted while attempting to procure farm implements and mosquito nets for terrorist elements. During preliminary interrogation, he confessed to providing both logistics support and information to terrorists operating within Damboa Local Government Area, further exposing the network of collaborators sustaining insurgent activities in the area. Meanwhile, sustained military offensives and relentless pressure on terrorist enclaves continue to weaken insurgent networks and compel their members to abandon criminal activities. The Military High Command commends the troops for their professionalism, vigilance, resilience, and unwavering commitment in the ongoing fight against terrorism and criminality. These operational achievements underscore the resolve of Operation HADIN KAI to dismantle terrorist support structures, deny insurgents freedom of action, protect law-abiding citizens, and create conditions conducive to lasting peace, security, and socio-economic recovery across the North-East. Haruna M. Sani Lieutenant Colonel Acting Media Information Officer Headquarters Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI 12 June 2026
