Saby Mitra has been named the next John H. Harland Dean of Goizueta Business School (@EmoryGoizueta)! Mitra is currently dean of the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. His term at Emory will begin on Aug. 1, 2026.

Emory computer scientist Jinho Choi and his team at Emory's Natural Language Processing lab have developed an interactive stoytelling platform called Tinker Tales to help young children understand how AI works by building stories with it: bit.ly/42C8suY

Emory has 19 Gilman Scholars who are studying abroad program this summer everywhere from Argentina to South Korea.
They are the latest in the now-199 outstanding undergrads who have received the U.S. State Department award since 2021.
