#CSCUnite26 - you owe me nothing! For my 1st trip to Vegas, my 1st convention in Vegas, and my 1st time as a panelist - it was a week to remember! There are a lot of reasons to say “Wow!” in Vegas, but learning from my colleagues at @CollSportsComm is certainly the best.

MIAA administrators and communicators were in Las Vegas earlier this week for the 2026 @NACDA and @CollSportsComm conventions. Two MIAA representatives received on-stage recognitions as Arkansas-Fort Smith Assistant Vice Chancellor for Athletics, Recreation and Wellness, Curtis Janz, received his 2025-26 Athletics Director of the Year Award from NACDA, and Emporia State Associate Athletic Director for Media Relations, Don Weast, received his 25-Year Award from the CSC.
