I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve officially signed with @dwnews as one of the new faces of the 77 Percent - the show for Africa’s youth. As part of the wider English for Africa Department, I’ll be bringing you fresh stories from across the continent and more 🥰🙌 #Gambia 🇬🇲

Only a professional actor can take that HIV role on @evenprodsenegal . We all know the kind of society we are in, but Zozo is who he is!!! Education is very key in entertainment too.

This is the winning circle. No ifs, no buts. No one said the sailing will be smooth, but there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. Masters in Applied Behavioural Analysis ( 4.0 distinction). Gotta learn the rules first before you can break it. Bestie mastered it! @ms_Jeng1

This was truly needed. Thanks so much for lunch and all the laughter today 😍. It was great catching up after almost 5 years.
What a beautiful reunion today in Seattle! Caught up over lunch with my dear former colleague, the talented journalist Fatou Ellika Muloshi— now shining bright with the German National Broadcaster DW! We worked together at GRTS during those exciting early days of the new government — the “hay days” as we fondly call them. Watching her grow from strength to strength and take her talent to the international stage has been nothing short of inspiring. Today we had a lovely lunch at one of the best African restaurants in Seattle, Dijah’s Kitchen African Restaurant sharing stories, laughter, and memories. So good to see you thriving, my sister! Proud of you, Fatou! Keep shining. #Reunion #OldFriends #GRTSFamily #DW #Seattle

The Africa Students Day 2026 was truly inspirational. My interventions in brief highlight the crucial role traditional media plays in our lives, but at the same time must continue to adapt to a changing landscape.

We are therefore, constantly reinventing ourselves while trying to stay true to the ideals of truth and fair representation. My fellow panelists brought in rich insights that stuck with me, the same way I’m sure it did with the energetic audience.

Set to speak at the Africa Student Day in Dusseldorf. ‘How can global media shape the African narrative”. An honest and timely conversation for the diaspora but also for those reporting directly on ground.

I don’t think the Gambian fans club ever watches the game. They’re so focused on their mission every time 🌺
