Not my best work but still good enough for 5th place at the SCA event in West Newton, Pa this weekend. I haven't cooked a steak Cookoff in 6 months. It felt good to get back behind the grill!

Our first actual chili cookoff yesterday and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome! This was so much fun and we took a 3rd in judges choice and a 1st in people's choice! Good times with great people!
