He recently graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a degree in Civil Engineering, where he also balanced academics with collegiate athletics. We’re pleased to have Carter continue his career with ERI and look forward to the contributions he will make to our team.

Two of our team members visited a 5th grade classroom at Hickory Center Elementary to share what civil engineering is all about—how roads, bridges, and infrastructure shape the communities we live in every day.

Engineering Resources is honored to serve as a title sponsor of Purdue University Fort Wayne’s E‑Week Model Bridge Building Contest, an event that brings creativity, problem‑solving, and hands‑on engineering to life for local students.

Testing over 40 bridge entries in each contest, the winning designs for the HS and MS contests were remarkable, holding over 1,250 and 1,100lbs, respectively. Prizes are based on efficiency; determined by how much weight a bridge can support relative to its own weight.
