Africa's contribution to dvpmnt funds is growing but not fast enough.
ADF-16 shows Western donors still contribute 100X more than African countries. 🇯🇵 alone: 11.4X the entire continent. Even with 5X growth, African countries are 98% dependent on external funding.

H.E Prime Minister @AbiyAhmedAli visited a state-of-the-art solar cell manufacturing facility in Hawassa (Ethiopia) on August 15, 2025.
The facility built by Japan based @ToyoSolar is 339,063 sq ft and creates around 880 jobs.
