When you have ADHD using your phone as a calculator = distraction. Text messages, alerts, etc pop up as soon as I look at my phone. I can. Not. Ignore. Them. Don’t have it in me. So I go old school and use a basic calculator. #keepitsimple #adhdhacks #ADHD #distractions
