Allocetra produced a clinically meaningful, statistically significant improvement over placebo in both pain and function at 6 months in patients with age-related knee osteoarthritis.
These results are being presented from the podium at EULAR 2026 in London this week.
EULAR reviews more than 4,000 abstracts each year and selects only a fraction for oral presentation.
The patients who responded (idiopathic disease, age 60 and older) represent more than half of the total knee osteoarthritis market.
The same dataset advanced Allocetra into its next trial, now enrolling across the United States, Denmark, and Poland.
