Today, Elon Musk, a trillionaire, pays the same amount into Social Security as someone making $184,500.
If we end that absurdity and lift the cap on taxable income, we can make Social Security solvent for 75 years and expand benefits by $2,400. My Social Security bill does that.

He could have spent the next four years methodically making the case to Angelenos that he can be trusted with the levers of power (the way Reagan did in the 1970s, before finally winning the presidency).
Instead, he chose to throw red meat to the ~25% of voters who are Republicans, and thereby alienate the centrist Democrats who simply must make up the core of support for any moderate campaign with a chance of winning here.

With SpaceX now trading above $150 per share, Musk has become the first private citizen in modern history to reach a trillion-dollar net worth.
According to Bloomberg, the closest private citizen to him is Google co-founder Larry Page, whose net worth is roughly $304 billion.

I ignore these whenever I get the chance. The only thing that’s gonna fix this is actually enforcing traffic laws. Midtown rush hour is lawless. Not surprised they think throwing up some signs will do the trick tho.

So when it’s 10:30 at night and you’re sitting there all alone at a red light waiting ,burning gas for three minutes for no damn reason. All because of a few stupid people that society refuses to deal with. This is the lazy solution.
