Fuckin hate freeloaders like poor people and cyclists.
Motorists pay ยฃ7.3bn in Vehicle Excise Duty (Vehicle tax) and the roads cost ยฃ11.8bn to maintain annually.

Fellow drivers: Drop the "cyclists-don't-pay-road-tax" line to avoid looking stupid.
Even if they were to pay Vehicle tax, it would be ยฃ0 since it's based on emissions. 85% of cyclists do pay Vehicle tax.
