Politicians going door-to-door. It is an election year, ya know.
A Florida woman was heading out to get coffee when she found this scene outside her front door! 😱

I know a lot of folks are wishing everyone would get on to positive things and stop perseverating on racism and the recent killings of unarmed black people. Trust me—we’ve been wishing that for centuries now. Please allow yourselves to be uncomfortable and disrupted, too.

I’d love to see one of the major news outlets stop covering COVID for an hour a day, and report on the other things we also still suck at doing, like keeping guns out of the hands of children.
A member of our well regulated militia leaves a loaded gun accessible in a bedroom where two boys (ages 10 and 4) are playing, while adults are outside enjoying a barbecue. The boys fire the gun while playing with it, shooting and killing the younger boy. ksat.com/news/local/2020/05/…

I taught all three of my kids how to ride a two wheel bike, and was thinking about taking my 10 year old out to drive. I sit on my porch and yell at the teenagers for not wearing helmets, like a crazy old cat lady. #AWSchat #STrongerTogetherCOVID

These regional approaches to caring for injured patients may be one of the good things that comes from #COVID19...a crisis sometimes breaks down barriers to collaborating...#AWSChat

A2 (cont) - I have had regional discussions with other trauma centers regarding trauma care and transfer patterns in the event of a #COVID19 surge. Some discussions regarding end-of-life care and disaster preparedness in the event that scarce resources are not available. #AWSchat
