Viper has been S-tier for a long time, so tuning her down makes complete sense. Everything is fine, except the fuel drain being increased by 50%. This makes her smokes too weak for her to be considered a controller.

I can’t explain why I’m so bothered by this, but the amount of likes and views pouring in as someone confidently doesn’t realize they’re looking at the English closed captioning (which transcribes the dub) and not the English subtitles is astonishing.
