After extensive research I've concluded with that the only human Overwatch characters that doesn't have skins with their dogs out are Domina, Hazard and Zarya for tank. Emre, Mei, Solder 76, Sierra and Tracer on DPS. With Brig and Mizuki being the only ones for support
