Here’s a water drinking schedule you can follow throughout the day: Morning 1. 6:30 AM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up to kickstart digestion and rehydrate. 2. 8:00 AM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water 30–60 minutes after breakfast to support digestion without disrupting enzymes. / If you’re thirsty sooner, take small sips instead of a full glass. 3. 10:00 AM: Sip 1 glass (250 ml) of water to stay hydrated while working or studying. Midday 4. 12:00 PM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water 30 minutes before lunch to help prevent overeating. 5. 2:00 PM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water after lunch to aid digestion. Afternoon 6. 4:00 PM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water to refresh and stay hydrated during a busy afternoon. Evening 7. 6:30 PM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water before dinner. 8. 8:00 PM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water while relaxing in the evening.
