1/2 Why is it that @UtilityClub have thus far, I failed to fix my broken phone line? It was initially reported on Sunday morning and is still broken. As a disabled customer, I'm a vulnerable customer and lead my phone line to operate my emergency call aid.

So... we have to put up with sexist, racist, homophobic taxi drivers - why can't they put up with us using wheelchairs or guide dogs?
