Congratulations to @carmelatroncoso and the SPRING lab on this project for privacy-preserving aid distribution - it's NOT just another digital ID. Done in context of our Engineering Humanitarian Action collaboration with @ICRC and @ETH_en @ETH @ETH4D
We have worked with the @ICRC to develop a first of its kind, digital system to support humanitarian aid distribution. The design uses tokens to decentralize the storage and uses advanced cryptography to enable accountability. go.epfl.ch/9a3853

The Superhumans are SUPER! Great to welcome delegates from the Superhumans Center, which will support injured people in #Ukraine 🇺🇦with #prosthetics and rehabilitation. We're thrilled about the potential of collaboration around our Agilis prosthetics & more. @epfl_en @epfl
ALT EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) was honoured today with a visit by a delegation from the Superhumans Center, which aims to offer rehabilitation and prosthetics to #Ukrainians injured by the war and residual landmines. The visit took place at the EPFL EssentialTech Centre where talks focused on collaboration in the area of #PeaceTech, as well as #prosthetics - notably around the Agilis prosthetic foot, developed by EssentialTech in collaboration with several EPFL labs. The visit followed on a previous meeting at the Centre with Iryna Venediktova, Ukraine's Ambassador to Switzerland. The group included Taras Antroshenko, Ukrainian First Secretary; Andriy Stavintser, Superhumans Founder; Olga Rudneva, Superhumans CEO; Andrei Iatsema; and Olena Iarmosh. Also on hand was Veronique Michaud, Head of the LPAC lab, which was instrumental in the Agilis design.
