I am grateful to have a chance working on this project among the Nepalese. It's important since the incidence of Head and Neck Cancer ranked third in Nepal and they consume local smoking (bidi), chewing (surti) or drinking products (rakshi) frequently.

So happy that our work got published! This study suggests that increased HNC risks observed with earlier age at starting tobacco smoking are largely due to longer duration and higher cumulative tobacco exposures.
