I thank all our people who are fighting for Ukraine, working for our state, and helping defend our national interests. And I thank all our partners in the EU and every leader personally for this strong step for the sake of Europe. Ukraine is defending itself and, in doing so, all of Europe – the idea that European nations can live united, free, and in peace.
As we have said, Ukraine is doing what is necessary, and it is important that the EU is also keeping its word. The opening of the first cluster is significant political and moral support for our state and our people.
We also thank Europe for all its other support – support that shows true leadership and helps us protect lives. Everything has also been done to open the next clusters. We also congratulate Moldova on this step, which we are taking together.

Today, the European Union took a major step forward.
All Member States agreed to open the first accession negotiations cluster with Ukraine and Moldova.
At the first Intergovernmental Conference on Monday, we will open the cluster on fundamentals; the backbone of the accession process.
It covers the core values and principles on which the EU is built, from the rule of law to strong democratic institutions.
This is a recognition of the determination, courage and hard work shown by both countries in advancing reforms, even in the face of immense challenges.
And a signal that the EU’s offer of peace, stability and opportunity is unmatchable.
Enlargement is a strategic choice.
By bringing our nations closer together, we strengthen peace, security and prosperity across our continent.
In a world marked by growing uncertainty, a larger European Union is in our common interest.
Enlargement remains one of the EU’s greatest success stories and our best investment in our shared future.

Я трохи в шоці, що Roshen ДУЖЕ популярний в Польщі. Настільки популярний, що місцеві праваки через нього спати не можуть 🤡 Але пік — це Румунія, там прям окремі фірмові магазини є, як у нас.
Сподіваюся, не Рошеном єдиним, й інші наші товари теж "захоплюють" ринки ЄС.

❗️The Russian language is no longer protected in Ukraine – Zelenskyy signed a law removing it from the European Charter for Languages.
Instead, the Charter's scope has been preserved for all other languages to which it previously applied, and extended to Urum, Ruthenian, Romani, Czech, Krymtchak, Karaite, and Yiddish.

A brutal night for Russia's rapidly vanishing chemical, petroleum and industrial sectors as Ukrainian drone barrages layed waste to some of the country's most valuable assets at distances over 1300km from Ukraine.
Targets included facilities from Tatarstan, all the way to Samara, with multiple successful strikes at each.
Employing thousands of people, the sprawling Nizhnekamskneftekhim chemical plant in Tatarstan region was particularly hard hit with as many as 8 successful strikes.
In Tolyatti, Samara Region, the TogliattiKauchuk plant was hit. This facility is the largest producer of rubber, plastics and synthetics in Russia.
