@NatWest_Help I spoke on phone earlier ,to Fern ( think that was her name) She spent ages helping me and was so lovely , reassured me regards what I needed checking . Tell her I managed to approve the transaction on the taxi website eventually by reducing the text to 50% 1/2

still using my S7 Tesco mobile gave me Christmas 2016 love it but sadly not enough internal memory now & struggling with App updates & down to few essential apps ,So just got an I.phone13 Pro both nano SIM So can I just use same SIM?

PS my first I.phone and only got it yesterday evening so setting it up over weekend , I believe it has an eSim but by using Physical SIM I'm thinking if any problems I can pop back into my S7 .
( I am already learning lol)

On phone Wednesday an amendment was made 're occupation on my house insurance and then I renewed and paid there and then by debit card.
I received the new policy number to my portal and 1.about which only has your logo.
But not received any policy documents .

Just tried phoning and fortunately call answered strait away and Miles sent them through to me .
If you could follow me though in case I ever need to DM it would be very useful as get very little free time and sometimes takes a while for calls to be answered.
