🚨 BREAKING! THE KINETIC ENERGY FROM THE REAL BULLET FOUND THAT 86'd CHARLIE KIRK! My position is, this video appears to show a hair trigger palm pistol discharge(a fist-squeeze firing mechanism with ultra light sensitivity) followed by a center mass impact. The footage also appears to show the directional transfer of kinetic energy. Specifically, the visible puff at the back of the shirt is consistent with energy traveling along the bullet’s path: from the projectile, through the cross, into the chest, and outward toward the back of the shirt. The rearward shirt movement(the shirt puff) aligns with the bullet’s original trajectory, suggesting a forward to back energy transfer consistent with ballistic impact, like a shockwave effect. This has been my position since day one. I remain fully open to rigorous due process scrutiny. The truth must be established through verifiable evidence. Based on the observable physical indicators in the footage, the evidence is 100% consistent with a palm-pistol round.

I’m no doctor(except in roll playing, obviously) but I’ve been following most of this list-no seafood for me, except omega capsules-and my weight stays constant at 185 with very little body fat, energy levels are great and I feel amazing. At 50, I couldn’t recommend this list anymore for all around health-and 4-5 days of workouts.
