Though white grapes are associated with white wine, any color can be used because the pulp of most grapes is clear. So you can make white whine from any red grape variety - you just need to remove the skins because that's where the color is. #whitewine #redwine #wineoclock

Put the bottle in the fridge or freezer (don't forget about it!) to chill. Bring it up to your target temp be letting it stand in the room, in either the glass or bottle. Careful with full-bodied reds: serving them too cold brings out their tannins.
