Time for a bit of reality - a thread.
Sales in the shop are doing well, but we're reliant on sales on the website to help pay the bills.
The website is reliant on social media, particularly twitter.
Since September, we've seen a big decline in people seeing our tweets.

We were at your Gatwick KFC last night and there was a member of staff there who was very kind and helpful. Should have got his name. Out the front, dressed in black (a bit like an NFL umpire!), glasses. We were there at around 8pm.

@KFC_UKI He came over straight away, asked whether we needed any help, asked us whether our meal was okay, and assisted us when my daughter had a nose bleed (nothing serious - just back from Lapland, very dry air!).

It really can’t be that difficult to get trains running esstbound from Wimbledon every 2 minutes between and 7am and 9am. Yet again, 5 empty trains have gone towards Wimbledon in 15 minutes, 1 eastbound. SORT. IT. OUT.

3 empty trains have gone past westbound, which I appreciate turn into eastbound trains, but there’s been literally nothing eastbound at 7am on a Tuesday for 15 mins!
