Let it be known: female protagonists in gaming wouldn't be where they are today without Ellie Williams. She helped bring them into the mainstream and proved they could lead some of gaming's greatest stories. So whenever you see a peak female protagonist, be grateful for Ellie🐐

Female protagonists have been part of mainstream gaming since at least the 1980s. Samus Aran from Metroid (1986) and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider (1996) were influential long before Ellie in 2013.

I’ve been dieting, hiking/exercising since March. Tonight was my 1st time back in a gym since my cancer diagnosis in Dec.
Pizza Planet, the worst gym for serious weight lifters, but it’s close to the house & 24hr
After two surgeries and 6 weeks of treatment, I was really weak🥵
