The Fed has a problem. Two of the largest sources of services inflation are not cyclically-driven. It is driven by demographics and funded with federal money

This week is inflation week: today is NY Fed inflation expectations, tomorrow we get Natl Federation of Independent Biz data and then it is CPI and PPI on Wednesday and Thursday

The real way to solve is to increase supply and/or to get more productivity. It is hard to execute that strategy in a few months
