Graphics tiers are back in now with settings from Low through Ultra! Quest players can push for better framerate while PCVR players can bring visuals much higher again, including lingering smoke effects on Ultra. Still tuning the balance, but players should have more control over performance and visuals now.

Major AI perception rework is now in. Enemies react much more consistently to exposed players, suppression, cover, smoke, deployables, and squad pressure during fights. Still tuning it, but firefights already feel more readable, reactive, and tactical under pressure.

Lobby polish pass is in progress for Steam Next Fest. 🔺Rebuilt the skybox into a proper skysphere. 🔺Improved range lighting. 🔺Cleaned up visibility issues and missing boundaries. 🔺Fixed a few UI alignment and lobby flow issues. Separately, we’re making a lot of headway on multiplayer through testing, bug fixing, and stability work 👀

Friendly AI should behave much more like an actual squad now. 🔺 Better follow behavior. 🔺 Better positioning. 🔺 Less clustering during fights. Solo play already feels noticeably stronger because of it.

More multiplayer fixing. Defend objective UI confusion addressed. Fixed recoil and muzzle flashes not replicating properly and not being seen on other players. Still need to pose the remote player hands properly. Keyboard & mouse controlled clip here, so it looks more jank than it actually is 😅

New lobby vista just dropped 🪐 Very work in progress still, especially the station itself, but the larger scale backdrop is finally starting to come together. Still needs a few more passes and a lot more polish, but already adds a very different sense of scale to the lobby. Big things in VR are cool.

New Contract Mutation: Reinforce Inbound is now available to Founders. When the timer runs out, the mission doesn’t instantly fail. Things just start getting worse. Higher resistance. More enemies. More pressure.

Finally got a couple of long-requested weapon interaction improvements working properly. Weapon handling should now feel cleaner, less ambiguous, and more forgiving. 🔺Trigger can now grab mags and charging handles. ⁠🔺Foregrips still use normal grab. ⁠🔺Interaction zones are also larger now, so reloads, foregrips, and charging handles should feel more reliable with fewer accidental grabs. Small change on paper, but it should make gun handling feel smoother in-game.

Got a little distracted with flatscreen support for a bit Started experimenting more with mouse controlled hand positioning, foregrip grabbing, in-game FOV changes, and different pose states like ADS, hipfire, and sprinting. Still very experimental right now, but already starting to feel pretty interesting! 🎮

First version of the Seeker Grenade is live! Instead of behaving like a normal grenade, it tracks toward hostile targets after being thrown. Enemy mercs can use them too, but incoming Seekers can also be shot if they get too close!
