USIU-Africa community recently joined the Indian High Commission in Nairobi for a special yoga practice session ahead of the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 21 at the Oshwal Centre Grounds.
Led by distinguished guests including Narender Pal Singh, Second Secretary, Education & Culture, Yogesh Pandey, Attaché, Education & Culture, and Sali Jumba, Yoga Master, the session brought together students, faculty, and staff to embrace yoga as a path to physical health, mental clarity, and global connection.
The session highlighted the growing partnership between USIU‑Africa and the Indian High Commission in fostering wellness and intercultural dialogue. As the world prepares to mark the International Day of Yoga, the university proudly stands at the forefront of promoting wellness and unity through this ancient practice.
