Excited to inaugurate the commencement of the N3.8 billion Yauri township roads rehabilitation project in Kebbi State. This monumental initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to infrastructural development. Concurrently, we're set to revitalize Warra township roads with an investment of N1.8 billion.
Under my administration, roads rehabilitation and construction stand as a continuous priority, ensuring connectivity and fostering economic growth across the state. It's noteworthy that the Warra roads, previously untouched, are now receiving the attention they deserve to enhance the lives of our citizens.
The strategic plan extends beyond Yauri, with the imminent rehabilitation of roads in Zuru Emirate. Negotiations with the Federal Government are underway for the crucial completion of the Koko/Dabai road and the construction of the Malando-Warra-Kainji road. Emphasizing quality, we've requested the revocation of the present contractor due to perceived incompetence.
Education remains a cornerstone of our vision. Land acquisition and compensation for the Federal College of Education, Yauri, exemplify our commitment. Additionally, plans for Mega Schools in emirates' headquarters will further integrate children into the formal education system, enhancing learning opportunities for our youth.
