Not to rant but the fact that Australia produces no helium is ridiculous. The amount of natural gas we produce is enormous, yet no one refines the helium out so we are 100% reliant on importing it for all the critical industries that require it

at any moment Trump could stop exports of US helium and the price would skyrocket over already historically high levels. In the past month the price of a cylinder here has doubled because…. ? And the local supplier has been on back order for 2 months due to supply issues lol
