Trump isn't asking U.S. allies to help him win the Iran war. Trump is telling them to help themselves while also testing the alliance itself. There are countries that will be impacted far more from economic destabilisation than the U.S. Trump is telling them to share the burden and act or do nothing and face a number of short term and long term consequences.
This is the best time to test those alliances.

The more they transition to being a conventional military instead of guerilla fighters, the easier it will be for PAF to bomb them.

Exactly. Which is partially why Pakistan didn't use F-16s in this round. The Pakistani F-16s were finally trotted out yesterday to fire flares over Islamabad during celebrations, lol
There's also a clause which allows Pakistan to only use F-16s in CT ops and not against India.
