On the night of June 15, Russia launched a massive air attack. The aggressor used 681 air attack assets: 6 Zircon missiles, 34 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles, 30 Kh-101 cruise missiles and 611 enemy UAVs.
Ukrainian air defenders shot down:

Today, Putin signed the decree that allows elections to occur on September 20th.
Meanwhile yesterday, Russia's election chief had a message for voters: don't complain if the internet disappears during elections.
Ella Pamfilova says internet shutdowns and communication restrictions may be imposed during September's State Duma elections and that Russians should accept them "for security reasons." Authorities previously claimed the blocking of the internet was aimed at protecting against drone attacks.

European missile giant MBDA and Ukraine's LUCH Design Bureau have signed an agreement to jointly develop the next-generation Neptune 2 cruise missile.
The partnership will focus on enhancing Ukraine's long-range strike capabilities and further developing the Neptune missile family.

Ukraine adapted the Neptune missile launcher for the new Areion missile-drone, developed and produced by Luch Design Bureau. Areion was designed for deep strikes against coastal infrastructure and high-priority stationary targets under electronic warfare conditions, with a declared 600 km range, 100-120 kg warhead and flight altitude down to 20 meters. #Ukraine

🇩🇪🇺🇦 The German company MBDA has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Luch Design Bureau.
The agreement will focus on the further development of the ‘Neptune’ cruise missile. Luch and MBDA will implement groundbreaking innovations aimed at developing long-range strike capabilities for the «Neptune-2», while simultaneously strengthening strategic defence cooperation with Ukraine.

The Bulava M2V strike drone now has a 130 km engagement radius, up from 80 km, a 5 kg warhead, up from 3.6 kg, and 95 minutes of flight time. This morning, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Moscow Oil Refinery (MNPZ) in Kapotnya. Multiple types of UAVs were involved in the operation.
The technological columns of the ELOU-AVT-6 processing unit were hit, resulting in a fire.

According to OSINT analysts, an AVT-6 crude distillation and electric desalting unit is also on fire at the Moscow Oil Refinery. This plant processes about 11 million tons of oil annually and directly supplies around 40% of Moscow's gasoline and 50% of its diesel needs.
