Join me tomorrow morning @F3NEWake “The Farm” for my first Q with @f3newake1. We will launch our boats on a field trip from the park, but with little/no running and some invigorating exercising along the way. I’ll see you out there!

18 PAX split into 2 teams & Indian ran our boats in search of a place to put in. Along the way we did a syringe-parking-lot set of Merkin 7s, progressive handrail Derkins, & finished w/ dead hangs to measure our life longevity…hopefully the grip strength saying isn’t true.

Part 1 is to register, donate, & spread the word. Make it something you do with your family or a challenge among co-workers and/or friends.
Part 2 is the activity challenge. From 10/6 - 10/12 log as many bike, walk, or run miles as possible. If you Q that week, keep it in mind!

Like most things in life, #dateyourwife doesn’t always go as planned but usually results in memories and stories to tell. A 30 hour OOT surprise-to-Jamie date was reduced to 8 OOT hours and left me as the surprised one. Laughable now, and worth it. Make the time!

Around this time 7 years ago, I entered in to my lifelong journey of raising a son. By the grace of our Heavenly Father, He gave me the privilege to be a father here on Earth. I pray that, through this process, I make less of myself and I make more of Him. Forever and ever, amen.
