5 yrs ago tomorrow @F3_ReddFoxx convinced me to try his new workout cult @F3Metro with an “easy” Bootcamp at freedom park.
@bmorton36 was on Q and we did the Regicide, of course. 5 years later and 200 #bandits attended, it’s still miserable.
