People keep saying the biggest problem with yesterday's ruling is the violation of separation of powers, or that it was legislating from the bench. Those are problems. But not the biggest. The biggest problem is that the Court has imposed a harmful gender ideology on the nation.

(2/2) We are currently evaluating our options. We have another appellate brief due in this case in the Ninth Circuit on June 5. If the case were to go back up to the U.S. Supreme Court after the Ninth Circuit rules again, we would not be held to such a high standard.
Additional: By then, the circumstances concerning the pandemic are likely to be quite different as well. We expect that fact would also lead to a favorable result for religious liberty.
